FRESHBERRY LLC specializes in harvesting and processing wild berries and mushrooms, wild and cultivated medicinal herbs.

The company harvests and performs exports and imports of dietary and natural foods: rapid-frozen berries (cranberries, cloudberries, blueberries, lingonberries) up to 4, 000 tons annually, steadily increasing the volume of harvesting.

FRESHBERRY's own network of suppliers in 9 regions of Russia and Belarus enables the company to monitor the quality of products throughout the entire production cycle: from gathering mushrooms and harvesting berries, their freezing, cleaning, and processing to the shipment to the consumer.

The company's production line to freeze and clean berries, vegetables, and fruits is fitted with equipment from leading European manufacturers. Products are frosted in IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) Tunnel Freezer. The company employs optical and laser sorting machines to sort out any foreign substances and defective raw materials and to sort natural products according to adjustable parameters. FRESHBERRY’s seasonal facilities employ over 100 workers, the production capacity of the equipment makes it possible to increase the annual processing volume up to 12, 000 tons of berries.

The food manufacturer is certified to the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System and checks the radiation levels of all raw materials and finished products in the laboratory.
