INGENERIC develops and produces optical components for high-power applications such as optical systems for research, medicine, measuring technology and various branches of industry. INGENERIC was founded in 2001 and currently employs around 100 members of staff. In 2019, INGENERIC consolidated with Aixtooling, a tool manufacturer for precision optics. INGENERIC offers the entire process chain worldwide, from lens and system design to prototypes and manufacturing of small runs right up to mass production. We manufacturer the following products: Fast- and slow-axis collimation, collimation modules, beam transformation optics, micro-lens arrays, aspheres, spheres, freeform optics. With a unique technology profile, INGENERIC has become one of the leading providers of beam transformation optics for semi-conductor lasers. The highly precise micro-lenses are used in growing markets such as medical technology (endoscopy) and in optical data communications.
