The company LLC "UltraMol", Kursk, was organized in 2012 on the basis of the own experience of several technical specialists who sought to solve the problem of complete processing of rubber waste by obtaining powders with a particle size of less than 300-500 microns from rubber waste for their subsequent introduction into the initial mixture.

The company's activities are focused on the creation of new materials in the form of functional powders that can be used in high-tech industries. The idea is to obtain active rubber powders that can be used as an additive in rubber compounds from which waste is generated. At the same time, the quality of the final products does not change, and the cost price decreases.

At the moment we offer services and equipment for the processing of industrial rubber waste. We also produce an active matrix additive that replaces some of the rubber in rubber compounds. In addition to rubber grinding, we have gained competence in the areas of ultrafine grinding of metals, polymers, and minerals.

During the activity of the company, we managed to develop a large base for crushing rubber waste, obtaining active rubber powders and adding them to the initial mixtures without losing the quality of the final product.

In this direction, we have learned to create a modifier of asphalt concrete based on rubber powder, which can be used in road construction, which will significantly improve the quality of highways.
