About Us

Carbonation Techniques Limited has been manufacturing and supplying carbonating and filling solutions since 2004 but our experience goes way back further. We are well known for offering and providing an excellent service to the drinks industry from microbreweries to large soft drinks manufacturers; in fact any company wishing to have consistently carbonated products, from the first drop until the last.

These machine can be built to customer requirements and for all types of drinkable products: - Water, Wine, Alco Pops, Ciders, Beers, Kombucha, Soft Drinks and to add CO2 to most products like Milk or cosmetics. These machines can also be used to add Nitrogen to Stout like beers or coffees.

As designers and manufacturers, each machine we make is made to match the product range in question with the ability to control the required CO2 levels using lower pressures and lower energy consumption. The range starts from 200 lph and increases incrementally, 500, 1, 000, 2, 000, 4, 000 and upwards to 60, 000 litres per hour. We offer a pre-mix carbonator for the precise blending of syrup to water and a mixed gas (CO2 + N) for heavier beer types. The machine will deaerate giving the carbonated product a longer shelf life.
