How does the Coaching work?
- Do you train a lot but don't see a lot of results?
- Do you think calisthenics is too heavy for you?
- Do you don't like training in the gym?
It’s important that I know where you are and where you want to go with your training, so I can fine-tune the schedule to your level. This will be done with an intake form in which you describe your level, goals and a bit of your sports history. When I have received the form, I will start making the schedules so you can start within a few days.
As soon as your schedules are ready you will receive a signal from me, and you can open the coaching app and see the exercises you can use to get started. The exercises are shown on video as well as in text and are tailored to your desired training location. So, it can be in or around your house, on the playground, on the street, in the gym actually everywhere. You can see the exercises on video as well as in text. Next to that you will see how many repetitions, sets and rest you need to keep for an ideal progression. The coaching is not done through a live connection, but during your training you film the exercises that you want to be evaluated and send them to me. You will receive a response within 24 hours, with points for improvement and/or motivating words. If it is the case that you train less than we spoke about, I will notice that and contact you so you and I can talk about how to get it back on track.
