Confectionary sunflower seeds quality started with AYBAKLAR in Turkey. By combining quality concept with technology for many years, it has maintained its difference and leadership in the sector. Since 2011, our company has been producing 25.000 decare contracted POPCORN KERNELS annually. Our company has 23.000 m2 open area, 4.000 m2 closed area, 2 production lines, 3 packaging lines and 17 silos with 20.000 tons storage capacity. When the products come to the facility, they are pre-screened and screened and then stored in separate silos according to the type and quality; throughout the year, customers are provided with the same criteria and quality products. The products that cannot be cleaned by machine are selected and separated by colour and non-type products with the help of sortex, the products are passed to the metal detectors before they are packed and presented to the customer in a quality and safe way. All these operations are done without touch. Today, Aybaklar Inc., 81 provinces in the all domestic market. Exports; It supplies 8, 000 tons of snack sunflower seeds and 15, 000 tons of popcorn kernels annually to more than twenty countries in North Africa, the Middle East, Russia, Europe and Asia. Aybaklar manufactures in all stages of production according to ISO-9001 and ISO-22000 standards. Our company has HALAL certificate Critical control and hazard analysis makes according to HACCP at all stages of production.
