About Us

TOSS is in a unique position to supply products and services to North African and mediterranean markets. Moreover, it has built up a strong reputation for reliability, quality and fair trading and its repeat customer list includes major entities in Libya, Tunisia and Malta, and elsewhere in the region. Particularly, in sectors such as field equipment and engineering services, TOSS has been able to achieve significant market penetration. In the oil and gas sector, TOSS has been particularly successful in upstream and downstream applications ranging from wellheads, loading systems and metering systems. TOSS has successfully arranged to upskill its customers’ technical team either through its service partner in Libya, the Group facilities in Malta and Tunisia, or at its principals facilities. Additional training can be arranged with third parties in fire and emergency training, personal survival techniques, defensive driving, NEBOSH Health and Safety Training, train the trainer for specialised techniques, together with English language training that includes technical English in specialised or dedicated IT procedures. TOSS sees training to be one of the major growth areas in its business. The customer knowledge it has accumulated over the years, the strong international contacts available to TOSS directly or via its parent Group and the appreciable in-house expertise enable training to be tailored exactly to meet customers’ requirements.
