Aerolift is specialized in the manufacturing of vacuum lifting solutions. With 60 years of experience, we develop and build customised lifting solutions for various industries, like the concrete and the metal industry.

Vacuum lifting solutions offer several advantages. It allows easy and fast handling and does not damage your products, thus reducing production costs while improving efficiency and safety. Our solutions are adapted to the complete handling range, for the production, storage, transhipment, and construction.

The concrete industry is highly suitable to use vacuum lifting technology, thanks to which it is possible to demould, lift, and turn concrete products without the need of embeds. Moreover, due to the divided surface pressure, demoulding is possible after 8 to 10 hours! Vacuum technology can also be used to lift both magnetic and non-magnetic metal products. Without damage, no spacers, less manpower, and perfect in control.

Since not every product is suited to be lifted by vacuum, we also offer mechanical lifting solutions for packed paper reels, coated pipes, or stacks of tunnel segments among others. These mechanical lifting solutions are designed to offer the same advantages as vacuum technology.
