Mauritanian fishing company, and export of frozen & fresh fish.
We are based in Mauritania- in West Africa & Germany (currently being represented).
We fish and export from its fishing grounds to Europe; Africa; Arab countries and Asia.
We also have follow-up representations "in Congo" to promote better follow-up of orders from the countries of its sub-regions.
Our fish are processed in fish processing plants, fish tanks and refrigeration facilities all in accordance with European regulatory requirements.
The characteristics of our fishmeal are as follows:
- Proteins: 60 to 70%
- Fat: 4-10%
- Mineral salt: 2-4%
- Humidity: 10-12%
