LM shellfish producer and shipper for 2 generations. Located in the heart of L'Anse de Carteau in the Camargue, by the lakes and lagoons around Port-Saint-Louis. We breed Perle de Carteau at sea at L'Anse de Carteau. We produce a fleshy Camargue oyster with an extraordinary nutty taste with a serrated round shape. The Camargue Oyster, ''La Perle de Carteau'' is produced in a category B area, it spends at least 48 hours in our purified water tanks to guarantee excellent hygienic quality. Our spat (baby oysters) are of French origin and are produced in water which is very rich in nutriments giving it its fleshy appearance and taste. We sell fresh Oysters packed in wooden crates on request. We deliver in France and export.
